Welcon Engineering Co., Ltd. was established in 1991. After 30 years of operation and development, its business scope covers fire protection, water supply and drainage, and power engineering. We focus particularly on the maintenance, repair and reconstruction of fire protection equipment. We currently provide services to more than 500 buildings in Hong Kong, with a total construction area of 30 million square feet. Our clients include government agencies, hospitals, charitable organizations, banks, property management companies, private residences (including hotels, schools, shopping centers and industrial buildings) and commercial buildings. With our diversified service nature, we have accumulated 30 years of experience in the engineering construction industry. We have a set of management procedures from the construction plan including construction period, construction method, quality control to the inspection and maintenance after completion. Mr. Alan Wai has been engaged in the engineering industry for more than 30 years and has extensive experience in corporate operations management. Founded the company in 1991 and worked as an executive director of a well-known engineering company in Hong Kong for ten years. He is currently also a director of Chinawe Asset Management Co., Ltd., a US listed company, and the general manager of Guangdong Ruijian Properties Co., Ltd.
